I'm experiencing almost the identical problem with my 1160 with the UT inkset. I already had the Eboni black ink installed and decided to go the whole route and install the other UT inks. After installing the CFS, the first two prints came out well. Then suddenly I was getting near zero nozzle checks on the "yellow" ink. Like you, I went through the whole routine with the Epson cartridge and the pulling the ink through the lines. There was some improvement, but then the problem came back. I think -- and I'd be interested in other people's opinions here -- that perhaps the best thing to do at this point is to just let the printer sit idle for a couple of days. If there is a problem with foam in the cart, then this may be the best way to deal with it, assuming you've tried to remove it first from the cart and you've run the Epson carts.
