Digital BW, The Print

I'm new to this group...

Brief Introduction... I've owned an Art Gallery / Framing Studio in
Ontario for the past 10 years.  I've always been techno minded so over
the past 2 years I've been learning the digital market.  (I still wish I
had more time to paint though)  I currently tell people that digital is
merely my current form of expression.  4 months ago I bought both an
1160 and 1200 and yes finding them was difficult but I succeeded on
Ebay.  The 1200 running fantastic on Generations Enhanced ink and CIS.
The 1160 still has the packing tape on it :-(  I've put of buying the
Piezo because of cost (keeping in mind it feels like I almost have to
double the price because of the exchange difference)  I've become very
interested in the MIS V quad tone so I came here to research...

So far the only thing I've learned is that...  To much information can
be a bad thing, and I'm no closer to figuring out what to do with this
poor printer than I was 3 months ago...

I truly do appreciate all of the information though.  My goal is to have
an exhibit of B&W prints, deckle edged and gallery framed with a float
mount by the end of the next summer.

Does anyone have any recommendations on a Digital SLR camera, I'm
looking towards the Fuji S1 Pro?
