In my (single) experience (1160+MIS-FS) there is no way that the foam 
problem will go away by itself.  You have to follow the instructions 
given by MIS to the letter.  This means drawing a *lot* of ink (I've 
forgotten the amount) from the bottom of the cartridges.  This has to 
be done until the withdrawn ink shows no sign of air bubbles.  Is that 
what you did?

If the other channels are OK, and the malfunctioning one has no foam, 
then there may be an air leak that will require replacing the 
cartridge.

Bob Zeiss at MIS is usually very helpful in providing guidance.
