It seems a couple of people are having a problem installing. It's unfortunate that the installer package doesn't give more informative error messages. Since just about all the installation does is copy files, there's very little that can go wrong (I assume you have disk space). So I suspect its a wrong diagnostic i.e. the installation went OK. Here's a few places to look: Use the Finder, Go to Folder command and check these locations: /usr/local/bin There should be a bunch of files beginning with a "q". /usr/share/cups/model/C There should be many files with printer designations with "quad" in the name. /usr/libexec/cups/filter You should find a "quadrastertoprinter" and a "rastertoprinter-quad" If these files are found, the installation is probably OK. Just proceed according to all the info files. It won't hurt anyway, if something is missing there should be a message about it. Hopefully this will fix it, but please re-post if it doesn't.
