Honestly, if you want to switch back and forth to color with this printer then the best idea is just to put the UT yellow-position grey in the Magenta slot and just switch the blacks as needed. That way you only have to switch one ink to move between BW and color. Obviously what we need here is a 9 channel printer to get really great BW and color on both matte and RC papers...I wouldn't hold my breath for epson to produce that however. Robert
