This is rather frustrating...there is tons of info in the archives on  
this including some very descriptive posts by Paul Roark.  Please look  
these up.  It seems that some of us explain it over, and over again.   
If someone finds the old posts you could post it again currently for  
the others.  This is why we have the archives.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
