A few things to check.  Did you do a re-start after the QuadtoneRIP 2.0 
installation?  Does your quadtonerip printer name in PrintCenter match 
what is in the 1160-fs profile description file (see below)?  If not, 
change the printer name in the 1160-fs descriptor file to match the 
name of your quadtonerip printer, exactly as it is in printcenter and 
then re-install the 1160-fs profile with Run-Quad-Profile.  May also be 
a permissions problem - try doing a repair permissions with Disk 
Utility.
