I have put warm water on the pad and let it sit overnight plus an hour or
two. The first nozzle check after that was not good but I ran a cleaning
cycle after that nozzle check. Sometimes it took a couple of cleaning cycles
and nozzle checks and it cleared. I was told by the Epson guy that I use not
to use Windex or any other chemicals because it will eventually ruin the
heads. So far warm water has always worked. I also have the VM but in an
1160.......bgs
