Check to see if you have the co-solvent black by removing the lid carefully & smelling the ink - it will have a strong smell, like solvent. If this is the case, the ink may have dried *inside* the tubing, effectively plugging it. The tube will feel stiffer than the others. You can buy a new cart/tube from MIS by phoning them. I would also replace the old black ink with Eboni. When you install the new cart/tube, you can fasten it to the remaining three tubes with cable ties. Be aware that the carts for the 1160 are now a new design & I personally have had a lot of trouble vaccuum-filling them. I recommend you try the bottom fill method instead. -BK
