Hi Daniel-

Carl is right, the GRAY_VAL's are way too high.  I suspect that you may have
missed the part where each value is relative to black, not relative to the
next darkest ink? Or maybe not- maybe the ink limits are too high?  On my
7000, with EEM, I got ink limits of 50-60.
