There is almost no tonal range with Imageprint if you run it with  
grayscale files.  It will dance around neutral however, and give you  
prints without crossover. If you want real tonal range with a 2200 I  
would consider giving Inkjetcontrol/Open Printmaker a try with the  
2200.  You can go from Sepia to nearly blue with very little  
metamerism. Otherwise you will need to convert your grayscale files to  
RGB and tone them in photoshop and then print them as RGB files with  
Imageprint and hope for the best.
