Bob, Great analogy for this whole business! Hell of way to operate in a visual art medium! I hope that by using the MIS FS inks to side step the clog issues and to get a print color closer to what I prefer. Is the handling problems you are seeing causing prints to get messed up during printing or is it just a problem getting the paper started? I generally do not present any work that has not been window matted so I don't need to do anything like 300-400gsm and can get by with papers in the 200gsm range.
