This is exactly what the 2 links I provided do.

The non-QI image is a straight print through PS7 to my 1270 using the 
same parameters as the QI print ie no Epson 1270 drievr included.

The non-QI print is printed at 300dpi whereas QI has interpolated the 
image to 496 dpi (for whatever reason) and added some auto-
sharpening.  I have never had any problem with the amount of 
sharpening which QI has added to any of my prints.
