Martin, The Epson site still lists new ones for $995.00, but they have none available. They do have refurbs available for $899.00 that have the same 2 year warranty, and you won't have any problems returning one for replacement or service since it was purchased from them. Of the multitudes of printers that are surrounding me (8 at the moment, I think - probably missed a few somewhere), 3 are Epson refurbs that I haven't had any trouble with to date. Also if you were looking for a Piezo setup for it, there is one on eBay at this link (cut and paste as usual if it splits: http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1281120357 Just thought of the fact that you already have the software, sorry. There is also a 7000 that is at $2075.00 at his moment on the west coast that ends in 6 1/2 hours from the time I made this post: http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1642077427 I know, but it is tempting!<g> Terry
