Again, thanks for all your help.  I not sure that the higher setting 
really would add anything; I was more interested in testing the limits.

Would there be any point to experimenting with a separate set of 
cool/worm curves with different ink settings to solve the problem or is 
this just an inherent problem in the way the 2200 functions at the 
higher resolution settings?
