Depends on how you fill the tank. You'd probably need at least the volume
listed on the tank for normal inversion development, probably even more - to
the point where there was very little air in the tank at all. I also don't
think it is possible at all if you have a lift and are using the drums with
the lift cogs attached - you'd find the developer would part drain.
