Jack, I was not blaming Paul, just making a statement of fact that I could not get through to his site through the 3 largest ISPs in India - VSNL, Satyam & Hathway. I seldom have problems getting through to any site from here and have never encountered a problem of not being able to access a site for two weeks. I will check with my ISPs tomorrow, as it is night right now on the other hemisphere on the other side of the world.
