Your provider Hathway.com is also located on the other hemisphere.  Not 
that far from the Australian
network (in relation to America).  
How can you guys blame Paul's website or his service if only people from 
the other side of the world have
the problems.  Check closer to home again.

Jack,
I was not blaming Paul, just making a statement of fact that I could not get
through to his site through the 3 largest ISPs in India - VSNL, Satyam &
Hathway. I seldom have problems getting through to any site from here and
have never encountered a problem of not being able to access a site for two
weeks. I will check with my ISPs tomorrow, as it is night right now on the
other hemisphere on the other side of the world.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
