Daniel Thank you for this post maybe the IMHO and BTW'ers will see the error of their ways. Perhaps if IT personnel heard all the jokes about their communications skills, mostly made about them behind their backs,. they might also get the message. if it is truly worth putting in a sentence it's probably worth writing out completely.
