Kev, the 1270 will do fine. Either MIS inks (UT) or the Piezotones will do fine too. If you choose dye based inks (lyson, or the hybrid blacks which are options available with the piezotones) do so knowing that you trade off longevity for dmax (and the use of glossy papers without bronzing with some inks). You will have a harder time deciding on a driver, and whether to use a CIS or not.... depends on your budget, operating system, and degree of experience, among others.
