If you're getting a background color something's wrong. The cyan should be printed as paper white if it's done correctly. With my setup I have to select Quadtone Calibration in the print settings both in windows and with lpoptions. When I load the file in Photoshop i select 'Don't color manage this document' and in the Photoshop print dialog I use 'Same as source' as the color space. You also have to enable calibration the the ink description file and select the resulting curve when you print. The name of the curve should end with -calib automatically. Hope this helps! -- Daniel Staver http://daniel.staver.no > I've been attempting the ink calibration process in QTR2, and > I've found > the documentation a little out of date.
