Digital BW, The Print

I have written to Paul Roark directly about this issue so he knows of
the problem. I thought it was just me. I have been trying for weeks to
get to his site but haven't been able to. My browser signals a "timed
out" error. I have tried on numerous machines with various browsers.
The one thing in common is that I live in Japan so my attempts are all
international.
I wonder if that is the ussue. Are the problems all from international
attempts?
