Hi,

I'm ordering a 1280 - the $100 rebate ends on the 30th. My plan is to 
use the top-off re-fill method with after-market carts. 

I have some questions: With chipped carts what is the drill for re-
setting the chip when using a CIS?  
Does anyone have advice RE chip re-setters v. replacment chips for 
refilling? 

Does the chip need to be re-set when a still-full cart is removed 
from the printer (when swapping inks)?
