Ernst,
I had Exactly the same symptoms when I tried a set
of MIS FS neutral inks in my Epson 3000. The original
Sundance type inks worked fine. I then tried the MIS FS,
with results on all 'colors' as you have described below. 
After re purging the new PT neutrals work nearly as well
as the Sundance ...

I was planning on trying the Eboni ... now I wonder
if I will have the same problems with that MIS product
also ... ???
