In fact I just got off the phone with them and they've never seen it before. They said it might be the chip but then I would think it wouldn't work in the printer and it does after I'm finally able to matched the pins with the chip. As usual they were very nice and offered to replace the re-setter but I can't believe the molded plastic would be different from unit to unit. I guess it could be the cart but then it's molded too. Maybe tonight I'll try it on an Epson cart I have and see if it matches up. It doesn't shut me down at all it's just a little tricky matching the pins to the chip. Very weird. Thanks, Tom
