Digital BW, The Print

Remind me to send for membership in the red-faced brigade... I went through
the curve definition file and when I changed it I didn't erase the Y of yes
when I entered calibrate "no" so it said calibrate "yno"  That was enough to
bugger it. As the song says "little things mean a lot..."

Printing now is going just fine and I can try to tweak the curve for various
papers.

    It's a known problem with Quadtone Rip that printing with 1440 x 720
gives
  this
    result. If   you use 1440 x 720 HQ you will be ok. All other resolutions
  should be ok
    as well.
    It's a simple fix.
