RE: [Digital BW] ultratones & color cartridges

2003-09-11 by Paul Roark

Manuel,

The Ultra Tone inkset is based on the MIS 7600 inkset. MIS sells a version
of this for the 1280 -- the "GP" Archival inkset.

See http://www.inksupply.com/index.cfm?source=html/arcink_gp.html

So, the most compatible inkset for the UT inks would be this color inkset
that is based on the same chemistry.

Subject: [Digital BW] ultratones & color cartridges

Hi,

I would like to use a 1280 to print in both color and b&w using
refillable cartridges. Can can someone tell me if the ultratone and
MIS archival color inks carts be swapped back and forth?

Thanks very much,
Manuel
