Manuel, >...advice on storing partially used cartridges? ... I just take out the cartridge, wipe the outlets on a paper towel, and immediately put Scotch tape across the outlets and up the side to hold it. I also stick the sides of the tape up on the front and back edges of the outlets. So, it forms a bit of a trough to catch any ink leakage. I store the carts on a paper towel or surface that will not be damaged by a leak if there is one. I think using tape is much easier than the rivets and may actually require fewer cleaning cycles when the cart is re-inserted. So far, I've had no problems with dried ink getting in to the intakes. I remove the tape when I re-insert the carts. It may be OK to just poke through the tape, but I have not tried it. Paul http://www.PaulRoark.com
