Unfortunately, the centering code is based on the printable area not the
paper itself.  So it's unaware of the uneven margins.  It should be consistent
though.  So figure out how much you need to nudge an image up/down or
left/right and it should be always the same.  Also it's different for portrait versus
landscape setups.
