I've been setting up the print, under "page set up" in the "Print with Preview" area as one 
of the gimp print printers (without using the quadtone for this part), and then setting up 
the quad tone RIP printer under "Print." This allows me to use the quadtone curves, but 
the pages come out centered.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
