Digital BW, The Print

Thanks for the info about the 2200.  The gimp-print code uses the same
tables for the 2200 as the 7600/9600.  Clearly (now) that won't work.
I'll separate them and get a version with new 7600 and old 2200 tables.
You can go back and forth easily by installing back and forth.  I should have
a fix very soon.
