This is not the case. ImagePrint does not "demand" that you store files in RGB. I send 16 bit greyscale files to ImagePrint for B&W printing - no color casts this way. With regard to the "difficult" install, I'm in the habit of rebuilding my PC every 3 months or so and have to reinstall ImagePrint every time.
