Paul, can I replace the VM-Inks with the Ultratone-Inks when they are empty or do I run the risk of damaging the Printheads of my 1290? I've heard somewhere that once you've switched to a certain MIS Quadtone- Set you should stick with this one. I also thought about replacing the VM-Set with the VMS-Set. Is it possible or do I have to buy a second printer for that? One last thing: When doing prints with your curves I sometime experience harsh black parts in the image. It's hard to describe, but it looks as if the parts with the black ink were solarized. Any solution for this issue? What about Tyler Boleys curves? Sorry for the bunch of questions. Any help would be apprechiated.
