Read the MIS website on dealing with clogs. It's very good. Stick in an original Epson cart. That tells you if it's a nozzle clog (probably not) or something in the cart or tubing. I'd put my money on the cart or tubing. Then take the bottom fill adapter and syringe that came with your CFS and pull ink in through the cart (i.e. bottom fill). If foamy, keep doing it until the foam quits by recycling the ink back into the bottle. The only real clog I've ever had with my 1280 w/ MIS CFS was in the CFS tubing. Never could clear it and just replaced that one tube.
