actually, maybe I'm wrong about the 'flow' i just tried again and i 
think the ink is only from the cart not through the lines - I'm 
pulling like crazy on the syringe and cant see any movement in the 
line

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
