Digital BW, The Print

I went back to look at Clayton's post of his conclusions regarding the tech 
print exchange.   I was surpried to learn that there was no comparison there 
between OPM and QTR, running on a Mac and printing to an Epson 2200 loaded with 
Epson ink cartridges.

After a false start down another path, I am left with the choice, at least 
for now, between OPM and QTR.   I'm running OS X but am not averse to rebooting 
in OS 9 if OPM renders a better image.   Paper:   For the sake of argument, 
let's say EEM and Ilford Galerie Smooth Gloss.   (I'm looking at Moab Entrada 
and the New Epson PremierArt papers as well.)

Which software should I install?   And why?
