I bought the OSX version of the plug-in from BWGuys. http://www.bwguys.com/software.aspx#imageexportbw It works basically exactly like the original PiezographyBW plug-in but is compatible with OSX. Kind of expensive for what you get. But it beats running Photoshop in Classic.
