Digital BW, The Print

Hi Roy,

In printing a scene that has a lot of fluffy clouds, the sepia toner
tends to produce distinct rings around areas where the clouds lighten. I
have tried splits of 95 gray to 5 toner all the way to 50-50. And though
the overall toning adjusts nicely the ringing phenomenon is pretty much
universal. It almost looks like posterization but only with the toner.

If I print with only the gray curve I get a nice print without artifacts
but, of course, no toning.

What adjustment(s) to the ink txt files would you suggest to try to
control this> Would dropping the highlight value or changing the gamma
value effect it?
