Hi Roy, That indeed was the problem. I reconstructed the raw file using IBM bit order and it now runs like a charm.I have reprinted a couple of images using the warm end of the settings and they are just beautiful You might want to think about replacing the Mac version of toner-curve.raw with the IBM version in the Linux package as well as adding quad.convs. It looks to me that the Linux version is now very much a practical alternative. A couple of people are working on setting up so that printing to QTR in Linux can be done from an IBM box. If that comes to fruition then the IBM alternative will be for real. I have to say thank you very much for QTR. With a little work prettying up the Linux interface it is going to make a number of the commercial vendors weep. Roger
