I have a faint recollection of someone else with a similar problem that I
think was solved by unchecking Advanced Printing in Printer
Properties/Advanced. Might be worth a try!

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
