Digital BW, The Print

Black Only doesn't work for me when a Photo Black cartridge is
installed. Then it just prints with all colors. With Matte Black it
prints BO correctly. I suspect it's a bug in the 2100 driver not present
in the 2200 driver.

You can get prefilled BW cartridges from MIS. You'd have to call them
though, their web-site doesn't seem to be very up to date at the moment
as they just had a server crash and had to restore an old backup.
