The forum is "Digital BW".  That does not entail ANY political agenda as far
as I know of, and is not why I joined this group.  I am sure many others
feel the same way.  If they don't, I am in the wrong place.

Quite simply.  Exactly as it is done on other lists.  The list owners state
that these type(s) of posts aren't in line with the agenda of the news
group, and people can either be adult enough to obey the rules, or the list
owner can terminate the offending subscriber (typically after a warning).
