I totally agree with you. A new UC black & grey inkset and a new driver wouldn't cost Epson a lot. If they do that, I believe they will win a high percentage of the digital B&W printing market. They don't even need to change the hardware at all, only the inkset and driver. Epson did spend money on the Grey Balancer software for Epson 2100 in Europe. Why didn't they spend the money and effort on a new inkset and driver? I guess the only answer is that they are not listening in.
