Two additional thoughts...

1)    The 1280 has a higher max resolution..


2)   You could potentially use  MediaStreet Gen 6 or MIS GP Archival  
Color Inks in the  2000P and profile to avoid most of the metamerism..

I'd probably still prefer a 1280 though..
