Hi All: Yes, it appears the nozzles are piercing the rubber/plastic seals as there is some ink leaking out... I don't know if it is still on the warranty; trouble is I bought it and it has been sitting in the box as we moved across country and then I started teaching, so this is the first time I opened the box. But I will try to convince Epson. I will let you know what happens. I appreciate the helpful advice.
