They are not newton's rings, I know what they look like, and this is definitely banding.  Also, keep in mind that this is a 20K scanner, not a consumer item.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
