I'll have to agree with Paul on this one that the limitation is within
Windows.
That said, I have a Pentium 4 - 2.4 GHz machine with 2Gb of RAM and I am not
experiencing any slowdowns until I get a 300 Mb tiff file or larger? I am
printing from within CS and it takes me no longer than when PS-7 was
installed?

This is my experience thusfar. Would you be able to tell us more about the
symptoms which you are encountering?
