Hi Ulf,

The group website contains the archives and you can do a search from there.
It is useful to try a search through the old material to help you become
more specific with your questions. Often you will have to winnow through a
lot of "stuff" before finding useful information particularly if the
children have been having flame wars in and about a particular subject.
Also. be aware that this is a rapidly developing craft that is neither a
finished nor an exact science and there is a lot of opinion as well as hard
earned experience involved. Even after going through the archives one may
still not find "the answer."

Don't an occasional curt reply dissuade you from asking questions, it's the
only way to get specific answers if indeed such are available.

Roger

I am so sorry for my question. I didn't now that there is a database to
search. As I am a beginner to this I haven't follow the postings. Please,
apology for my posts. Maybe it's best for me to be silence, as I don't
want
  to offend anyone.

The subject of scanners has been hacked to death here. So why not
read through the database of posts before starting yet another
  thread about it.
