Digital BW, The Print

I am in no way endorsing this, as I know nothing about this company
(does anybody here know of them?).  This company claims to be selling
software extremely cheap, and is selling Photoshop 7 for $60.00.  I've
already got that, but I was thinking of upgrading an old machine with
XP.  Anybody heard of them?
