Ed, 
I took a look at the site and it looks a bit fishy to me, I don't 
think that there is any such thing as a OEM version of Photoshop. If 
there is I'm sure someone will correct me. They state that you get a 
unique registration code with the product, if this is true then I 
would recommend purchasing 7 and the CS upgrade from Adobe. For 
little more than $200 you will get CS which, in my opinion, is well 
worth the money for the file browser and the shadow control alone. 
If you already have a earlier version of PS don't bother with 
version 7 but go straight to CS, you will be glad that you did. When 
adobe designed CS they did it very mcuh with the digital darkroom in 
mind.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
