Ed, I took a look at the site and it looks a bit fishy to me, I don't think that there is any such thing as a OEM version of Photoshop. If there is I'm sure someone will correct me. They state that you get a unique registration code with the product, if this is true then I would recommend purchasing 7 and the CS upgrade from Adobe. For little more than $200 you will get CS which, in my opinion, is well worth the money for the file browser and the shadow control alone. If you already have a earlier version of PS don't bother with version 7 but go straight to CS, you will be glad that you did. When adobe designed CS they did it very mcuh with the digital darkroom in mind.
